A Master's in Marketing & International Business, University of Queensland, Australia - he spearheads the Real Estate Division of the Malpani Group, one of Western India’s most respected and diversified business houses.

With a clear vision to create enduring, high-quality spaces, he has been instrumental in transforming the Group’s real estate portfolio into a professionally managed, design-led, and growth-focused enterprise.

Strategic Leadership -

Oversees a portfolio exceeding 7mn sq. ft.,* with an expanding footprint of another 8mn sq. ft.* across key Maharashtra markets including Pune and Mumbai.

Execution & Sustainability -

Drives execution excellence, quality, and sustainability, with projects recognized by Economic Times, CREDAI, Apex India, and the British Safety Council among others.

Global Partnerships -

Leads collaborations with Mitsubishi (Japan), Geberit (Switzerland), and Schüco (Germany) to embed world-class products, design and engineering practices.

Part of the Malpani Group’s core leadership, guiding diversification across Renewable Energy, FMCG, Hospitality, Education, and Entertainment, including the listed entity Imagicaa.
