In response, we created a platform that enables our employees to celebrate this important life event without the burden of exorbitant costs. Our Community Marriage Program, held on the auspicious occasions of Akshay Tritiya or Vasant Panchami, provides couples with an opportunity to marry in a grand ceremony without the usual financial stress.

The program has been met with overwhelming appreciation from our employees, with attendance growing year after year. Thousands of people witness this heartwarming event, and the response has only been positive.

How It Works

The preparations for the event start two months in advance, ensuring that every detail is taken care of. From marriage halls, stage decorations, and accommodation for both the bride and groom, to banquet arrangements, invitation cards, processions, bands, bouquets, garlands, turbans, and shawls – Malpani Group ensures that every aspect of the wedding is handled with care and perfection.

Each couple is given the freedom to invite up to 150 guests to be part of their special day, and we go a step further by gifting essential household items like cupboards, beds, and utensils to help the newlyweds start their life together.

A Unique Gesture of Support

The Community Marriage Program was born out of the understanding that many families face financial hardships when it comes to marriages. Often, these families are forced to take loans or endure the hardship of missing work, leading to a loss of salary.
